Beyond coffee

With over 35 artisan coffee shops across the South of England, Harris + Hoole (part of Caffe Nero) prides itself on its single origin coffee, expert baristas and relaxed high street and out of town environments with an emphasis on great coffee and local community- focused in-store initiatives.

Leveraging our experience on Caffe Nero and retail expertise we have created seasonal and tactical POS for this rising coffee brand showcasing seasonal drinks, food and promoting local marketing initiatives.

We managed the complete creative process for the brand from concept to reality, art-working comms across the customer journey, in many instances bespoke to each store.

Since launch H+H have seen a sales increase of 40% across their pastries and 25% increase in their Christmas drinks.

Summer is a key season for sales and the perfect time to showcase flavour cues and innovation. Combining relevant, black and white imagery of fruits, foliage and plants surrounding strong, colourful pack shots, this striking campaign captured the essence of summer and Harris + Hoole’s new drinks range perfectly.

To coincide with the introduction of ovens in store, our Freshly Brewed and Baked campaign brought to life the perfect combination of freshly baked pastries and brewed coffee, served on rustic wooden trays to drive breakfast and mid-morning sales.

Hoole Tidings of Comfort & Joy

Treating yourself to an indulgent hot drink is a must over the festive season and this sophisticated campaign really helped H+H take ownership and stand out from the crowd on the high street. Shot from above to replicate baubles, each cup delivered a hero drink with flavour cues like single origin chocolate, cranberries, mint and turmeric together with some festive sparkle.

Harris + Hoole commissioned Ally to deliver a unique and engaging cream tea campaign to increase sales post 2pm. Combining etched graphics with strong food and drink imagery, this quirky Alice in Wonderland inspired POS hit the mark, proving that cream T’s are popular at breakfast and lunch too!
